Limited Warranty
Joy’s ART provides a one-year limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and supplied electrical components from the delivery date.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in the handcrafted structure
- Defects in electrical components supplied by Joy’s ART under normal indoor use
- Missing or incorrect supplied components reported after delivery
What is not covered
- Light bulbs and normal wear
- Natural variation in handmade materials or gradual changes in fibers, wood, metal finishes or color
- Damage caused by moisture, outdoor use unless the product is expressly rated for it, unsuitable cleaning products, misuse or improper storage
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, inadequate ceiling support, unauthorized alteration or use outside the stated electrical specifications
- Carrier damage, which is handled under our Shipping and Returns policies
Installation and certification
Hardwired lighting must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local codes and with ceiling support suitable for the confirmed product weight. Certification, labeling or field-inspection requirements vary by project and jurisdiction and must be agreed in writing before production. A product should not be assumed to carry a specific certification unless that certification is expressly stated in the product listing or quotation.
Making a claim
Email joysartllc@gmail.com with your order number, installation date, photographs or video of the issue, and electrician details where relevant. After review, Joy’s ART may provide repair guidance, replacement components, repair or replacement, as appropriate.
This warranty does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
